The first time I used Coastal Hankla A/C was when my Realtor recommended them to inspect the AC unit for the home I was buying. I really appreciated the Tech, Danny, as he was helpful, friendly, communicated well and was very service oriented. With this being my first home, I started a contact list and having been so impressed with Coastal's service next to their number I put a star, Danny's name and note that said, 'use again'. For this past visit, my unit was running fine but it had been three years since I had them out before. I scheduled again with Lisa, and the day of service Danny called to confirm the appointment and he arrived on time. I'm happy to report I received the same great experience. Danny is very knowledgeable as he gave me full, understandable answers to my questions and explained how my specific system worked with tips on what I could do to keep it in good shape. I felt like I had a friend who was an expert in the business. I typically don't write reviews but these folks are A+ in my book from scheduling, to service, to communication and experts in the business. I have finally found a great Air Conditioning Company, after having to fire my last A/C Company. The last company I was using forgot to show up for the appointment and when they finally got here they acted like they were doing me a favor for showing up at all. I told them to leave.
